Hans von Seeckt Military Role in Germany (1914-1918)

Throughout history, a number of military figures who have engraved their names in the Human Museum have left a legacy full of achievements that have directly or indirectly affected the joints of life. In this field, military history, which represents one of the branches of general history, remains one of the important specializations practically and academically, especially those interested in studying military figures immortalized by history. From this standpoint, the topic (The Military Role of Hans von Seeckt in Germany 1914-1918) was chosen due to his exceptional military role and his capabilities as a German strategist and field commander during World War I.
The research was divided into three axes, the first of which dealt with Seeckt role on the Western Front (1914-1915), while the second dealt with his field leadership on the Eastern Front (1915-1916), and the third focused on tracing the course of his military service in the Ottoman Empire (1917-1918). Despite the end of his ten-month duties as Chief of the Ottoman Staff and his departure from Constantinople in 1918, this did not cancel out the importance of his military and political role on the scene in Germany until the end of World War I.
