The function of construction (mašinu) in the Neo-Assyrian state 911-612 BC

In this research, we will deal with one of the political administration positions in the neo- Assyrian state (911-612 B.C.) and one of its main pillars, which is the (Masennu), who exercised political, military, and civil powers according to the State's requirements. The expansion of the State’s political role had led to expanding its administrative role too, where there were a secretary or an administrative official in each of its joints, known as masinnu. So, we will review many types of these officials as well highlighting their various work.
