Research on the ((Cultural landmarks in the city of Samarra during the reign of the Abbasid Caliph al-Mu'tasim (218-227 AH / 833-842 AD))) and the series of political , economic , and social developments that Samaraa’ went through since Al-Mu’tasim came to rule and how he contributed to drawing the foundations of political developments in Samaraa’ including general reforms , and what Samaraa’ includes in terms of general basic features , including archaeological ones , and how Al-Mu’tasim chose it and moved to it , and it was the capital after Baghdad , and the exclusive of the Turks over rule and their influential role in the history of Samaraa’ politically , economically , and socially .
