This study examines the personality of Emperor Titus Flavius Vespasian, who was born in a modest neighborhood in 39 AD and ruled the Roman Empire between 79 and 81 A.D. The origins of this emperor's family are unknown, as members of the family did not appear prominently in politics until 69 A.D, when Vespasian seized control of Rome and ruled the Roman Empire under the name "Flavian Family," which continued to rule from 69 to 96 A.D.
