The study "The Impact of Justice on the General Conditions in the Marwanid Emirate during the Reign of Prince Nasr al-Dawla (401-453 AH / 1010-1061 AD)," tackles one of the most crucial responsibilities of authorities: justice. Since justice is the cornerstone of governance, it is necessary for any ruler to uphold his power in a peaceful manner and avert popular unrest. The majority of modern historians believe that Prince Nasr al-Dawla al-Marwani was a just ruler. He exhibited this trait in his interactions with his neighbors, family, and friends. As a result, he controlled the Marwanid Emirate continuously for 52 years, which had an impact on the general political, security, economic, and urban conditions of that emirate. Prince Nasr al-Dawla's reign is regarded as a golden age in the history of the emirate
Along with an introduction and the key findings that the researchers discovered while conducting this investigation, this research is organized along three primary axes. We addressed the state of justice in the Marwanid Emirate prior to the Prince (Nasr al-Dawla) reign in the first axis. We talked about justice under Prince Nasr al-Dawla's rule in the second axis. We discussed how Prince Nasr al-Dawla's justice affected the overall state of the Marwanid Emirate in the third and last axis
